Branding is the unique identity that an organization creates to differentiate itself in a competitive market. In this introductory course, we will explore the essential steps to start building an authentic brand that resonates with your customers now and in the future.
By the end of this course, you will have completed a brand audit, identified strategies to transition from feature-based positioning to a customer-centric approach, and acquired the tools necessary to measure your impact. Please note that this course does not provide guidance on completely rebranding your organization or developing your visual identity, although these aspects will be touched upon.
This course will occasionally highlight course-created examples and reference a brand audit template. To follow along and conduct your own brand audit, please duplicate this template. Further instructions will be shared as you progress through the course.
